1. Acceptance

By accessing or using StoriFix (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date. Each person may only hold one account unless you have prior written permission.

3. Service Description

StoriFix provides cloud storage, file management, and media sharing services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time with reasonable notice.

4. Fees and Payment

Paid plans are billed according to the plan selected at checkout. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Refunds are handled at our discretion in accordance with applicable law.

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant StoriFix a limited license to store, reproduce, and transmit your content solely to provide the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

The StoriFix platform, trademarks, and all associated intellectual property are owned by StoriFix and its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or other proprietary information.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, StoriFix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or the AUP. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion unless earlier removal is required by law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which StoriFix operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notification.
